Edmonton-based singer-songwriter Kaeley Jade is set to take the stage at The Cove Inn in Westport on Feb. 27 as part of her 2025 Canadian Winter Tour.

Known for her soaring vocals, lush harmonies and commanding stage presence, Kaeley Jade has captivated audiences across the country. She will be joined by multi-instrumentalist Gabriel Gagnon for an intimate evening of indie folk music at the popular Westport venue.

Kayley Jade’s debut full-length album, Turpentine, has earned critical acclaim and industry recognition, including a Canadian Folk Music Award, a Western Canadian Music Award nomination and a Summer Solstice Indigenous Music Award. Blending folk, pop and indie rock, her music has been featured on CBC and SiriusXM, as well as in film and television productions such as Hockey Night in Canada.

“My friend and collaborator Mallory Chipman performed at The Cove Inn a little while back, and it looked like a really neat place to play! I have a great appreciation for spaces that make live music a priority, and I’ve always enjoyed playing in smaller towns,” she said. “I think fans can expect to go on a bit of a journey with us! I’ll be sharing the music of Turpentine and Years Ago, as well as some of my collaborations and musical theatre works, and some unreleased material that I’m excited to test out.”

Originally from Edmonton and of Métis heritage, Keeley Jade has performed at major festivals across Canada, including the Edmonton Folk Music Festival, Tkaronto Music Festival and JUNOfest. Her live shows range from intimate acoustic sets to high-energy performances with a full band. The performance at The Cove Inn runs from 5 to 8 p.m. Admission is free.
