Male arrested for break and enter

On Thursday November 12, 2020 at approximately 12:55 a.m., police received a call to attend a residence on Abbott Street north for a report of a break and enter that had just occurred. Investigation revealed that a 36 year old, Anthony HENDERSON of Smiths Falls, used force to gain entry into the residence while the residents were inside. The residents and suspect are all known to each other. HENDERSON was later located, placed under arrest, stands charged with one count of Break and Enter and was held for a bail hearing.
