Every year, members of the Lanark County Quilters Guild sew and donate a quilt to a local charity to raffle off and raise funds for its activities. This year the recipient of a beautiful Queen-sized quilt was Cornerstone Landing in Perth.

Cornerstone Landing is a community-based, non -profit charitable organization providing assistance to youth age 16-24 who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness in Lanark County. The goal is to help youth maintain their housing so they can focus on school and employment. Each year Cornerstone Landing supports between 75-85 youth. For more information visit their website: www.cornerstonelanding.com

Tickets for the Cornerstone Landing Quilt Raffle are $20.00 and can be purchased by sending an Etransfer to info.cornerstonelanding@gmail.com. Draw for the winner will be held at noon on Dec. 31st. All proceeds will go directly to Cornerstone Landing clients; this can be in the form of rent supplements, help with first and last rent payments or grocery gift cards.
