Home invasion robbery in Lanark Highlands

LANARK HIGHLANDS — The Lanark County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a home invasion robbery in Lanark Highlands Township.

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, just after 5:00 a.m., officers with the Lanark County OPP responded to the incident in Lanark Village. It had been reported that two males, armed with baseball bats, had entered the residence. They fled before officers arrived, taking with them cash and other items.

There were no injuries reported.

An OPP Canine Unit conducted a search in the area and located some of the stolen items.

The investigation is continuing with assistance from the Lanark OPP Crime Unit and OPP Forensic Identification Services.
