SUBMITTED

The parties involved in the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) case regarding  the proposed subdivision by CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23000534)  have agreed to extend Tribunal-led mediation through April. As a result, a new hearing date  has not been scheduled.

The Town of Perth remains committed to pursuing a balanced resolution that reflects and  protects the interests of the community. Through the mediation process, the focus  continues to be on ensuring any future development aligns with the principles of thoughtful,  responsible growth in Perth.

Updates will be shared as they become available through the Town’s website and social  media channels. As the matter involves legal proceedings, Town staff and Council are  unable to comment on the case. Questions regarding the process may be directed to the CAO, Michael Touw, at cao@perth.ca
