Howl-O-Ween dance & fundraiser for Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind comes to Smiths Falls

Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind will be hosting their Howl-O-Ween Dance, on Saturday, October 29th from 7 pm until midnight at the Smiths Falls Curling Club, in Smiths Falls. The dance is a licensed 19+ event and features a costume contest with cash prizes, thanks to the support of the event’s sponsor, Famous Footwear.

$300 will be awarded at the event for Best Costume and an additional $200 for Most Original Costume. Tickets to the dance include mid-evening hors d’oeuvres, and the event will also feature prizes, games and a 50/50.

Tickets are $20 per person and are available for purchase, cash only, at Special Greetings, 8 Russell Street East in Smiths Falls, or through the Smiths Falls Curling Club. Those wishing to purchase tickets by credit card are asked to contact CGDB at 613-692-7777, or events@guidedogs.ca.

Tickets are limited and will only be sold in advance.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind to support their mission to provide greater freedom and mobility to all Canadians.
