PERTH — Downtown Perth will once again come alive with the sights and sounds of its signature end-of-summer celebration as the Perth Night Market returns on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, from 5 to 10 p.m.

The free event promises a night of entertainment, local shopping, and community spirit set against the town’s historic backdrop.

More than 120 vendors will fill the streets with handcrafted goods and artisanal creations, while downtown shops stay open late to welcome the thousands who pour in each year for this popular event.

Live music, family-friendly performances and street entertainers will transform downtown into a vibrant pedestrian zone. Expect interactive magic, local musicians, and performers offering something for all ages.

“The Perth Night Market is one of those events that really shows off what makes Perth special,” said Kathryn Jamieson, manager of tourism and culture. “It brings together the creativity of our artisans, the talent of our performers, and the warmth of our local businesses.”

Visitors are encouraged to grab takeout or enjoy a meal at one of Perth’s restaurants or pubs. Stewart Park will offer additional space to sit and soak in the atmosphere.

To make travel easier, a free shuttle will run from 2:30 to 10:30 p.m., with pickups from designated parking areas around town. Road closures will be in effect to allow for safe pedestrian access throughout the evening.

Full event details and updates are available at perth.ca/nightmarket.
