Big Brothers’ Big Sisters virtual after school programs are off to the races!

Have you heard? Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lanark County has adapted its popular after school programs to the on-line world!  Kids who are staying home or come home from school bored, ready to move their bodies and chat with other kids and mentors in our programs about everything from what they did on the weekend to the highlights and low lights of their day can now do so on-line. Kids can join us every Monday from 4:00 to 5:00p.m weekly via Zoom. They will be doing arts and crafts (and porch drop offs for supplies!), science experiments, group games and body breaks like dance and others! If they are going to be in front of a screen, why not do it in an engaging way that is full of fun things to do and learn? Our team is waiting to hear from you. This program is FREE to all Lanark County families.

To join us, please contact Natalie Downing at natalie.downing@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca or call our office at 613-283-0570.

As a committed partner in your community since 1973, we continue to serve not in spite of the pandemic, but even more so because of it!  Kids want to connect. We are here to keep making that happen.
