Smiths Falls voters will have two opportunities to hear from candidates running in the 2026 municipal election during a pair of all-candidates nights hosted by the Rotary Club of Smiths Falls.
Both events will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 95 in the Lancaster Room, beginning at 7 p.m.
The three mayoral candidates will take part in the first event Wednesday, Sept. 30.
The second event, Wednesday, Oct. 7, will feature the 15 candidates running for council.
Organizers are also working out details for receiving questions from members of the public, with more information expected before the events.
The Rotary Club is encouraging residents to attend and hear directly from those seeking a seat at the council table.
Both all-candidates nights are open to the public. According to the organizers, the evening’s format will be provided to candidates at a later date.
