A settlement has been reached in the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) case between the Town of Perth, Lanark County, and Perthmore Enterprises Inc. (Case Number OLT-24000210). The details of the settlement were presented to the OLT at a virtual  hearing held on Nov. 7, 2024.

The proposed subdivision will contain 94 dwelling units, comprised of;

  • 34 single detached dwellings;
  • 19 semi-detached dwellings, at least four of which will contain basement apartments; and
  • One three-and-a-half storey 14-unit apartment building.

The complete decision issued by the OLT, including the Draft Plan of Subdivision and  settlement, can be found on Engage Perth.

The subdivision will now move through the final stages of the Planning process. No further  public participation takes place in the final stages. Following completion of Planning  Agreements, the subdivision will proceed through the Building Department.
